Hi,
Mumps is a viral infection.
Anti-viral medicine taken early of starting infection will be effective treatment but now there is no role of anti-viral medicine.
As there is no problem like stone in salivary duct, gradually there will be improvement.
Continue with same antibiotic medicine.
Ok and take care.
