What Is The Treatment For Multiple Polyps And Thickened Cystic Endometrium?

Hi there, I have been diagnosed with multiple polyps and have a thickened cystic endometrium. I often - if not always have pain in my right ovary where I had a large stromal tumour removed from surgically 5 years ago. This pain has recently gotten worse, with lots of heavy bleeding and spotting. I sometimes get sharp pains when I move a certain way i.e. to reach for something, plus burning down my legs. I;m worried something may twist or rupture and I don't have another Gynea appointment for a month - any advice?

Hello,

Heavy bleeding and spotting is most probably due to multiple polyps and thickened endometrium. In suggest you consult your gynecologist for prescription of medication for management which may require surgical removal of polyps.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
