What Is The Treatment For Mouth Ulcer?

Am suffering from mouth ulcer in the upper part of mouth. I tried with becosules tablets for 3 days but it is taking time to heal. so medical store personal prescribed me VITAFOL tablet. can i take these tablets or is there any other tablet for this problem. Am 27 years old - Male

Hi,

Based on history you seem to be suffering form aphthous ulcer. I advise:
- Tab metronidazole three times daily
- Sporlac powder (probiotic)
- Local anesthetics (lidocaine) gel to reduce pain
- Avoidance of foods that trigger or exacerbate the ulcers.
- Reduction in stress
