What Is The Treatment For Lymphangitis?

HI, I am 37 years I had compound open fructure of shaft of tibiaof right leg, treated with sign nail three years ago. Now I have swelling and moderait pain in right foot . The Doctors tolled me that it is just lymphangitis. So please can you help me and advise me in the treatment in this case?

I can understand your concern.
Lymphangitis should be treated as follows,
Analgesics can be used to control pain, and anti-inflammatory medications can help to reduce inflammation and swelling. Hot, moist compresses also help to reduce inflammation and pain.
As And when possible, elevate and immobilize affected areas to reduce swelling, pain, and the spread of infection. An abscess may require surgical drainage.
