What Is The Treatment For Lump On Forehead?
A lump appeared on my forehead and it's an average size; it's not due to allergies because I'm not allergic to anything. It's very tender to the slightest pressure. It's after my forehead

Seems to me a case of bacterial infection of follicles/furuncle since it is tender.
I usually prescribe an oral antibiotic (penicillin group) for a week along with a topical antibacterial ointment twice daily e.g OTC 2% mupirocin.
An OTC pain killer e.g ibuprofen once or twice daily would help in decreasing the pain and discomfort.
