Hello Doctor,
I am a female aged 53 years and my problem is I often suffer from lower back pain (stiff back) which disables bending beyond my knees.
kindly advise what kind of a specialist must I consult. Do I consult with a bone specialist or neuro specialist?

Lower back pain, u should start muscle relaxants and consult orthopaedic surgeon..
he will advise u physiotherapy and back exercises..
