What Is The Treatment For Lower Abdominal Cramping?

Hi I am 29y/o. I have been having lower abdominal cramping for 9 days now, my period was due yesterday and I've had multiple negative urine pregnancy tests. I also had a urinalysis done yesterday, results unremarkable for leukocytes, rbc'c, etc... The pain worsened on my lower right abdominal area today radiating to lower right pelvis, constant dull cramp with occasional worsened "twinges" of pain. No rebound tenderness. I had an ultrasound today and am awaiting the results. I have had no fever, no weird discharge or smells, + nausea/Breast tenderness, fatigue, loss of appetite today, and no idea what this could be. Any ideas? I was sexually active 1 month ago, and he has a vasectomy

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The chances of dysmenorrhea is likely, you have to wait till you start bleeding, once the bleeding start then this pain will go away, for the time being you can take the following medicine,
1) Tab. Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day
2) Tab. Acetaminophen three times in day
this could give you nice result, take care and have nice day.
