What Is The Treatment For Loose Sclera?

I think the sclera on my left eye is loose on the lateral side. I had eye lid surgery a week ago and this eye has ached. the swelling is now down. I thought I had extra liquid in my eye but it didn't dab out with a cue tip. My doctor is now out of state. If it is loose, will it heal itself?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having edema and chemosis of conjunctiva following eye lid surgery.
Sclera lies under the conjunctiva and it cannot swell, it is conjunctiva which swells as a reaction to the surgery.
No need to worry, this is a self limiting surgery and it will decrease even without treatment.
Applying cold compression over closed eyelids is helpful.

Thank you
