What Is The Treatment For Loose Motions With Normal Pancreas And Stool Test?

Dear Sir My self XXXXXX ,age 30 years old ,height 5 feet 7 inch.I am facing problem of loose motion before 1 year.I assume abdominal ultrasound, fool blood work, liver tests, pancreas tests, stool tests were performed and all came negative. I have consult gastroenterologist .He have suggested two times ceron 10000 & gitzer cap one time alternate day & zincovit alternate day.I have a good benift with this medicine but when I go to outside from my home & take food & water then it will generate again.when was went my home town problem generate again although i had used r.o water.So the problem generate again when i went my home town. Hello!

Thank you for the query.

There are few tests missing in your diagnostics. You need colonoscopy to rule out inflammatory bowels disease (Crohns disease). Loose stools, blood in stool, weight loss are typical symptoms of this issue.
You also need abdominal CT and hormones tests to rule out gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, GEP NET. This is a kind of small tumors which can produce hormones causing your symptoms.
If this will be done and mentioned issues ruled out, please also try Rifaximine treatment and Trimebutinum treatment (discuss it with your gastroenterologist).
