What Is The Treatment For Lightheadedness And Sensation Of Pins And Needles?

6 months ago Hurt my neck, a day later fainted with the pain. Out and no pulse for a while. Vomited. Hospital for a few hours then sent home. Since then have had momentary sensations of light headedness. Tiring more easily than usual. Some breathlessness with increased activity. Slight momentary sensation of pins & needles in fingers. Just not feeling as alert and active as usual.
