What Is The Treatment For Left Hip Pain During Pregnancy?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I am 32 weeks pregnant. the last 2 months I have been getting left hip pain at night (i have been sleeping all the time on that hip) at christmas I went to stay with my sister and her mattress is very poor quality and that is when the pain started. I had an ultrasound today and the radiologist said the tendon was inflamed. Is it normal/common to develop tendonitis like this?

dear
pain in hip joint may be due to uneven posture, as you mentioned that mattresses were not proper, so putting a strain on joint
which lead to inflammation of tendon.
you can apply ice, if pain is more you can take paracetamol tablet.
even with this pain is still there consult your dr. to rule out other causes for pain.
