What Is The Treatment For Itchy Rashes On Thighs And Knees?

I recently noticed the arch of my foot was itching, so of course I scratched it and then had to keep scratching the same spot. The next thing I know, it is all the way up to my knee and I now have an itch less rash on the inside of my thighs?!? Nothing relieves it except scratching and super hot water

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might have developed fungal infection.

Please get a KOH mount done,

This can confirm the fungal etiology.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
