What Is The Treatment For Itching On Penis?
My 4 year old son complains of itchiness on his Penis...on local application of oil it reduces but as I am doing this the skin feels very rough. I also noticed that while I am applying oil his penis gets erect which seems a bit unusual to me for a 4 year old

I really appreciate your concern, such penis itching in toddler may be due to smegma if this is not circumcised so in this case better to get done the circumcision, and this is already circumcised then you can try oral antihistamine and best is "Diphenhydramine suspension" 5ml once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
