What is the treatment for irritable bowel syndrome?

Hi, when i have a bowel movement every day in the morning i defectate a little and then my bowel movement slows down completely and the rest of my poop goes back up and try to push the rest out and nothing will come and then later on in the day i have another bowel movement which gets rid of everything but when i finish i can still feel something moving around at the top of my arse hole and three years ago i used to only go once a day to the toilet to defectate (morning) and i used to feel so relieved because i had a full bowel movement. also even after i still do not feel i have had a full bowel movement and feel as though i need to go again.
