I have a internal lump in the area between my anus and scrotum. It's really uncomfortable and the pain at times is horrendous. I have been to the doctor and he has given me soporitories, but the lump has gotten bigger since then.
Please advise.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection leading to abscess formation.
There is another possibility of having fistula in ano.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course.
If there is no improvement, then consult surgeon and get examined.
