HI There

After reading your medical details i would like to suggest you that don not increase the dose of both the medicine together i would like to advise to continue with 12.5mg carvedilol and increase the dose of lisinopril to 40mg. Follow this dose for a week and keep monitoring your bp. This regime will help mainatin your BP well. Also side by side you should maintain healthy lifestyle habits including proper work out and diet schedule.

I wish you good health
