What Is The Treatment For High Blood Pressure?

I am 35yrs old, 5'9 and 210 lbs. My blood pressure has been borderline for the most part but now the last two times within a matter of 2 months, I have taken my blood pressure and it tends to be 141/100. I am very concerned and devastated right now. What can I do to lower my pressure naturally? or is it better to see a doctor and take blood pressure meds?

At first you can try to do healthy lifestyle. To lose weight, to exercise much, don't eat after 6 pm, eat with little portions, don't eat fastfood, give up cola , of you drink much and restrict dietary sodium. If your blood pressure will not nomalize after 1-2 months, see your doctor
