What Is The Treatment For High Blood Pressure?

I am a 46 years old male and my current BP levels are 150/110 despite being on CILACAR 5mg tab twice a day for last one month. I dont feel any effect of this high BP and even my BP reading in 2007/ 08 onwards showed 130/95. I am a healthy guy and non - smoke/non alcoholic and vegetarion. I do exercise for about 30 mins a day, play badminton twice a week over week ends. I dont feel any effect of this high BP in my body and latest medication of CILACar not helping to bring down to acceptable levels. Is it safe for me to consider my body has adjusted for the high BP level or suggest alternate medicine? Thanks in advance
