Hi welcome to HCM.
Elevated blood pressure in your case should be accurately treated avoiding hypotension that can contribute to sensation of dizziness and lack of energy.Antihypertensives should be started at low doses and titration is based on the blood pressure response magnitude. As far as possible monotherapy with a single drug should be tried to control the blood pressure.Add on drug is better to dose escalation.Hydrate yourself adequately.Prefer monotherapy.Consult your cardiologist for final drug assessment.
Thank you.
