What Is The Treatment For Hernia?

i think i have a hernia which started around 2004 in my lower stomach and it has moved to my upper right side under my ribs i get nauseaus and its hurting more than usual also my stomach swells up about 5 inches and it hurts i was very skinny in 2004 and you could actually see my hernia moving in my stomach , should i go to the ER
