Palpitations may be due to anxiety or excessive intake of caffeinated drinks or arrythmia of heart or hyperthyroidism or infection in the blood etc. Acid reflux may not cause palpitations unless aspiration lead to breathing difficulty and tachycardia.
So use tablet inderol 10 mg once a day for five days. Avoid caffeinated drinks. Use tablet pantaprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
