Hi, i m 36, male, 5 10, 200 lbs. Non-smoker. No family history of CAD. I eat fairly healthy. About 7 weeks ago I started having left side chest pains, more like sharp zaps and zings of pain, under, and around my left pec, basically all around my heart. Had multiple bouts of dizziness, some nausea. Went to the ER twice. Both times, there was no sign of a heart attack. I had a nuclear stress test done and the image indicated I had a blockage, as well as the EKG. Doctor said test indicated my heart was at stress when it was as rest, rather than exertion. Had heart cath done 2 days ago, by a different cardiologist who said everything looked great. I am still having these intermittent pains around my heart and left pec, usually when i m just sitting/resting. I haven t had any abdominal pain so I didn t think it was GI related. Only thing I can think of is coronary artery spasms. Don t know what to do next.
