What Is The Treatment For Headache,poor Vision,night Sweats,pain Behind Eye And Ringing In The Ears?

Hi. In December last year I was attacked and my head was beaten in multiple places. The doctor said I had multiple brain contusions. Over a year later my head still hurts. I have horrible headaches. My vision has been getting worse. I have night sweats. I ve been experiencing shooting pain behind my left eye. Ringing in the ears. And lately the worst is my head is sore to the touch and swollen in certain places... On the top of my head it hurts to touch and above me ears. It feels like I m wearing a helmet. I am also tired all the time. Please help
