What Is The Treatment For Headache?

Hello. I started getting brief migraines yesterday. They are very sharp, always in the same place - on the right side of my head - and only last a few minutes. Last night, I blew my nose and a little bit of blood was in the tissue. I'm still having the headaches. Any ideas?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Well you are having headache and epistaxis (blood from the nose).
These are commonly seen with hypertension.
So first consult doctor and get done blood pressure monitoring to rule out hypertension.
If blood pressure is normal then possibility of migraine is more.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
Take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before bed.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. But first rule out hypertension.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks
