Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your child has trauma to head 1 hour back and now she is feeling dizziness and crying a lot on moving the head, i suggest you to take the child to er, an immediate CT scan of head should be done.
In case of head trauma, if loss of consciousness, ear or mouth bleed, vomiting, seizures or dizziness episodes occur then there are chances of intracranial bleed and an immediate CT scan should be done.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
