What Is The Treatment For Hair Fall?
hi.. my ferritin level is 48 and I have been suffering from excessive hair loss for quite sometime now. The scalp is noe visible. D3 level is 9. will fefol z stop hair fall and improve hair growth? what would the dosage be? Any other medicine to be taken? I am a 46 yr old female. Till about 3 mths back my B12 was low n was on injections. Now it is around 650.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that this is a alopecia your are female so the most likely cause would be hormonal disturbances in my opinion the only best option for hair fall here would be "Minoxidl" lotion this gives good result and worth trying, have a nice day.
