What Is The Treatment For Gas Formation?

Hello dr, how r u? I m 31 years old, I was heart attacked I dec-2011, dr found I block and they did relied and told me no problem, I can do anything whatever I do but still I have problem, huge gestro problem, I take daily medicine but gass increase day by day and also cheat pain as well pls give advice

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Good to know that you recovered well from the heart attack and now can do anything. Your concern is the excessive gas formation for which I would advise you the following:
First of all, get your stool checked for three consecutive days.
Get the blood checked for diabetes, thyroid and liver function.
Get a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole along with probiotic and activated charcoal and this will cover your gas problem if due to intestinal infection.,
If the problem still persists then the commonest cause is aerophagia due to anxiety, get this treated and you will be fine.
Stop aerated drinks.
Identify the foods and beverages that cause the gases and stop them altogether.
