What Is The Treatment For Frequent Urination?

Hi, i've a problem long time ago, i keep pee frequently like 1 hour i need to go toilet like 5 times or more, i've seen some chinese doctor they saids it is because i've masturbate too much while im young so it caused the kidney problem, please help!! i dont want to go pee too frequently.
