What Is The Treatment For Fever Of A 10 Month Old Baby Which Is Not Curing Even After Taking Fepanil?

hi, my son is 10months old, he got fever since 3 days, he was on medicine and was quite ok till this evening. surprisingly today night 10 pm he had fever 102 and I gave fepanil 125- 5ml, and when I cross checked fever at 1 am it was 100 now at 2 pm again 102 . what to do, I too got ibugesic plus with me

Hello dear
Thanks for your query at hcm

If temperature is rising above 100 you can do cold sponging that will control fever along with fepanil .
Even after fepanil and cold sponging fever not coming into control then you can give syrup ibugesic 1ml .
