What Is The Treatment For Eye Pain?

My left eye is in a lot of pain and i feel as if i had something in my. However, i have yet to find anything else other then my eyeball in there. The pain also feels a little worse at the top. This is something that happens everynow and then. What could it be? Please help.

it can be a foreign body in cojuctival sac. It requires examination by eye doctor. If it is confirmed then it should be removed. Neosporine eye ointment may be applied at bedtime. For pain can take combiflam tablet twice daily after food.
