Hi,

You seem to have telogen effluvium.. Meaning hair fall in telogen stage.

It appears as a diffuse thinning of hair on the scalp, which may be in some part of scalp. It may be more severe in some areas of the scalp than others. Most often, the hair on top of the scalp thins more than it does at the sides and back of the scalp. There is usually no hair line recession, except in a few rare chronic cases. It is a reversible condition..so not to worry.

There may be some precipitating factors like..Illness, especially if there is fever like typhoid, thyroid dysfunction,Surgical operation,Accident,Childbirth,Nervous shock,Weight loss or poor diet,medications..like anticancer drugs. Excessive sun exposure may lead to telogen effluvium.

You cosult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Improve hygiene and nutrition. Vitamin like biotin for long time may be taken to improve the codition. Treatment of underlying cause is needed. Apply mild stetoid lotion on the scalp. Mild herbal shampoo may be done thrice a week. Almond oil may be applied on hairs to improve hair shaft quality.

After long term treatment you may be benefitted. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
