What Is The Treatment For Erythema Multiforme?

I have been diagnosed with erythema multiforme 2 days ago and been prescribed naproxen 500mg twice a day and fexofenadine 180mg 1 a day ,it has flared up very badly over night and the large lumps add itching like crazy,I took the last fexo at 1am today,can I take a piriton tab, I have just had 1 naproxen

It is self limiting condition mostly due to infection of herpes. Symptomatic treatment antihistamine and emollients.
