Hi sir My age is 35 years, I have one child of 3 years last week i examined uterus ultrasound scan it indicated bicornuate uterus (Two endometrial line is visualised) Measurement Long axis 71 MMS Short axis 34 MMS Transverse axis 56 MMS I have abdomen bloating can you pls let me the treatment for the endometrial thickness and bloating

Hello,

Thickened endometrium along with bloating sensation is observed with hormone imbalance. Bloating is also a feature of premenstrual phase.

Also, I would like to know if this diagnosis of a bicornuate uterus was made earlier during pregnancy. A trans-vaginal sonogram is a better way to clarify. Please get further evaluation from your health care provider and plan proper management.
