What Is The Treatment For Eating Disorder?

Was my growth stunted? I had an eating disorder last year for a few months and i lost all my body mass, muscle mass etc, i looked anorexic, It wasn t that i didn t eat or skipped meals, its just that i ate around 1100-1500 calories roughly a day during those months. I still ate my 3 meals but the calories didnt add up to my maintenance. I looked like i was anorexic, you could see my ribs and i looked like a skeleton almost, but when i realized it i started eating a lot, and right now i am skinny fat. I think ever since that i ve been getting less sleep lately like 6-7 hours a night (during the summer too with no school) i just wake up and i try to go back to sleep but i can t but, each time i don t feel tired at all which doesnt make sense because i only got 5-7 hours of sleep. I also don t get tired, like i have to make myself sleepy or make myself pass out to sleep. But does that little sleep also stunt my growth, they say you need atleast 9 hours of sleep specially for a teenager. Or does it depend on how much sleep you body needs, because i think id only need 6 hours because whenever i wake up i m not tired. I also went to my doctor and he said it probably stunted my growth temporarily . Is that eve possible? to stun it temporarily? But i don t think he knows what hes talking about because i only said that i didnt eat well for a bit, not as much detail as the one i gave u above.

FROM THE INFO PROVIDED U SEEM TO HAVE PARTIALLY RECOVERED FROM EATING DISORDER. MAYBE U WANTED TO LOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT SO U WERE RESTRICTING UR CALORIE INTAKE. CERTAINLY 1100-1500 CALORIES ARE NOT ADEQUATE FOR A GROWING TEENAGER.
I SUGGEST-
1.DO NOT EAT HUGE AMOUNTS ALL AT ONCE. PLEASE SPACE UP UR MEALS. EAT LOW TO MODERATE AMOUNTS EVERY 3-5 HOURS.
2. AS LONG AS U SLEEP FOR 5-6 HOURS AND WAKE UP FEELING FRESH AND RESTORED, IT IS ADEQUATE SLEEP. SMALLER CHILDREN NEED MORE SLEEP BECAUSE THEIR GROWTH HORMONE SPURTS OCCUR DURING SLEEP. SLEEP HAS A RESTORATIVE FUNCTION AND QUALITY OF SLEEP IS MORE IMP THAN QUANTITY.
3.DO NOT WORRY ABOUT UR GROWTH BEING STUNTED. IF UR GROWTH HAS LAGGED BEHIND, UR BODYS METABOLIC SYSTEM CAN EASILY COMPENSATE FOR THIS GROWTH LAG
PL PROVIDE ME UR BODY WEIGHT, AGE AND LEVEL OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY THAT U DO SO THAT I CAN TELL U THE CALORIE INTAKE REQD.
