What Is The Treatment For Ear Infection And Sore Throat?
Ive been bunged up for almost 2 months on and off had an ear infection sore throat been on antibiotics nasal sprays only goes away for a few days at a time and comes back my ears are killing me getting sore heads even went on holiday to cancun and was still the same, now am home my ears are still sore and am bunged up again its driving me mad help also have had decongestion tabs

You are suffering from repeated infection in the ear and throat.Nasal infection might be a cause.At present,you are suffering from sore ear.
It would be advisable to have Nasal secretion or ear discharge if present to be sent for bacterial culture and antibiotic sensitivity to know that is it a bacterial infection,if yes-then which bacteria is causing infection and to which antibiotic-they are sensitive.
Also do a blood test for Complete blood count to know the level of infection,and Random Blood sugar-to screen for Diabetes.
Avoid eating cold,spicy,oily and junk foods.Drink warm turmeric milk.Eat food like Amla,Lemon,etc which increase your immunity.
It would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist Doctor.
