Hello,

Fluid in middle ear may can cause feeling like water or air in middle ear. It is due to allergy or infection or eustachian tube block. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Use tablet Monterleukast and Levocetirizine for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
