General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi there
estra urbanol contains clobazam which is a sedative like that of Diazepam but of different category. it is approved for use as an adjunctive therapy in epilepsy and in acute and chronic anxiety. The normal adult dose ranges between 10 - 30 mg daily - doses of 20 mg and above should preferably be given at bedtime. the initial Treatment should be started with the lowest recommended dose. in my opinion you are taking higher dose of clobazam and may be you are taking fluoxitine along with clobazam. this the cause of your tiredness and lack of concentration. in my opinion you should keep a gap between fluxoteine and take single tablet of clobazam.this will decrease the side effects you mentioned.
Take care
