What Is The Treatment For Dizziness And Forgetfulness?

One month ago, I had a severe panic attack (or at least that's what I thought it was) that include facial muscle paralysis, and pain and tingling in my arms and hands.
Since then, I have been having (daily) dizziness with dull annoying headaches. If I am awake and moving, I'm dizzy. The dizziness is accompanied by confusion, forgetfulness and extreme irritability. I am a generally otherwise healthy 34 year old female.

Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Your symptoms seem to be related to a panic disorder or anxiety. The lack of concentration and inability to memorize new events can be completely explained by anxiety.
Nevertheless, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam and some blood lab tests (complete blood count for anemia, fasting glucose and thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction) in order to exclude any other possible causes that could trigger your situation.
If all these tests result normal, I would recommend consulting with a psychiatrist or psychotherapist, who can help improve your situation.
It is important avoiding coffee during these days (although it seems to help, it is just an illusion, because it can trigger anxiety) and perform a lot of physical activity (Yoga and sports).

Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards!
