What Is The Treatment For Diarrhea?
I woke up one morning with a yellow coated tongue. One of my tonsils has a white dot on it. I have been having greasy, smelly diarrhea often, 3 times a day. Fatigued much more than usual, especially after my morning workout, which usually energizes me. I had a bad headache last night as well as today.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to intestinal infection and it could be protozoa or bacteria condition can be managed on tentatively with Metronidazole 40 mg twice in day for five day, the protozoa is very common for such infection, second if your immune system is strong enough for fight against this infection then there would not be need of any infection and you could wait for that, else the condition is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
