What Is The Treatment For Diarrhea?

I woke up with all over body aches and pains and chills as well as the immediate need to rush to the bathroom and had diarreah. Im still very weak and sore with chills by stomach pain has subsided since when I first woke up. Im very worried. I can barely walk my body hurts so bad. And I like in Seattle its freezing right now Im bundled up in 3 coats and Im shaking and getting chills. This is very weird... Any ideas about what is wrong with me?

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Waking up with body ache, chills followed by diarrhea indicate severe intestinal infection unless proved otherwise.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the sample of stool for tests.
Blood for CBC, Sugar, liver and kidney function.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Clinical evaluation by your Doctor to get the gravity of situation to see for signs of septicemia, particularly the gram negative as fever may not be present.
Get started on proper antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics.
Get admitted to the hospital for ongoing clinical examination and proper treatment with intravenous fluids as needed.
Drink only boiled and cooled water and have fresh home made food only.
maintain hydration well as well as the electrolyte balance.
