What Is The Treatment For Depression?

I have been taking 60mg of Cymbalta for depression. It has not helped and I ve been putting on weight and I am a diabetic and have had gastric bypass surgery in 2008. I lost a lot of weight but recently put on 40-45 pounds. My psychiatrist changed my prescription to Viibryd. and took me off the cymbalta. What is the difference between the two drugs?
