What Is The Treatment For Delayed Pregnancy?

Hello, we have been trying to conceive for the last 3 years and still looking for the solution to our problem, my wife is consulting a specialist, and on my side I performed some spermogram studies to see what the numbers where, so this is what I got so far after a 4-day abstinence, Volume: 4.5 ml; Count: 124.500.000 per ml; Motility: 15% (Fast Linear Progression), 25% (Slow Linear Progression), 30% (without linear motion), 30% (dead); Morphology: 70% (Ref: 30%). What's your opinion of this, is it ok ?

Hello,
The volume and count of sperm are sufficient. The linear progression is on the lower side. The count of dead sperm is on the higher side. You should also test for liquefaction and fructose levels. In such a situation, the semenalysis should be repeated after a gap of at least a month. If similar results are persistently obtained, you may be asked for an IUI or IVF methods as natural methods are likely to have unsatisfactory results. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
