Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. For costochondritis i advise my patients with anti inflammatory gels of diclofenac or nimusulide for local application. Those who has more pain and which is not relieving by anti inflammatory gels or tablets i advise local injection of corticosteroids or anesthetics.Pain due to gallstone disease should be differentiated.Ultrasound of gallbladder should be carried out when suspected.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
