I fell off my bike today and hit the back of my head really hard. I was wearing my helmet (it cracked). I now have seen that my pupils are constricted and I have been nauseous on and off since the fall. (4 hrs ago). Should I be concerned about a slight concussion or anything else?

It can be concusion but it is advisable to takeMRI brain take one week bed rest.Do not use pillow. consult neurosurgeon if symptom persist.
