What Is The Treatment For Constipation And Bloating?
i am nearly 10 weeeks pregnant and been constipated for a week . I have a very sore bloated stomach and back, I had a small bowel movememnt earlier and was very black. Im taking pregnanacre vitamin. should i worry and what can i do? YYYY@YYYY

Gastric irritation is quite common during pregnancy and other than having a healthy diet and drinking plenty of fluids you could also request your doctor for medications to help with your gastric irritation as they are all safe during pregnancy. As for the dark colored stools this is most probably due to the supplements you are taking as they contain iron.
