What Is The Treatment For Constant Stomach Pain And Vomiting?
My wife has had stomach pain constant and 6-8 vomiting sessions since 1030pm, (mostly water now that all the food is gone) accompanied by about 4-5 instances of loose watery motion. Have given Pan-D, IMOLPLUS but not sure whether these have been absorbed. any suggestions?

You may give her injection to stop this stomach pain and vomiting as any pills will need to stay in her stomach at least 2 hours to do its effect.
