What Is The Treatment For Cold And Fever?

i m suffering from cold ,mild fever i have taken droxyl500 mg

& sinarest from last three days but i dont have much relief

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

At present there is no cure for the common cold and no medications that can cause it to go faster .
There are only medications that decrease the symptoms somewhat.

Since it is a viral not bacterial infection.

The sinarest has a pain medication/fever reduction and an antihistamine.
This may help. A decongestant can be added if there is any nasal congestion.

Decongestants can be oral or topical.
