Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Possible causes are like:
1. Middle ear infection with discharge
2. Dermatitis
3. Insect bites and its reaction etc.

Use moisturizer cream. Search for any ear discharge, if yes, it needs treatment with decongestants and antihistamines. If no improvement, please consult your pediatrician, he will examine and treat accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
