What Is The Treatment For Chronic Folliculitis?

i hv chronic folliculitis..since 3yr . symptomes- my scalp is itching, severe dandruff, hairfall,some pimple like structure with pus. i used- ketokonazole, fluconazole, rifampicine,doxycycline, linezolide(lizokeff tab), cetrizine, some antacid, neem leaf, sweta churna, etc...

You maybe suffering from ptyrosporum folliculitis
It is not curable but controllable
Must avoid the sweet and dust
Regular use of steroid shampoo
Rifampicin good for quick control
Retinoid may prevent recurrence
Systemic steroid needed in severe cases.
