Hi, Im suffering from chronic sinositis, with sever allergic symptons, i have to take anti histamin and adult cold and codein every day, and symbicort sometimes. I always have an headache and impatience and depression and im sleepy, i dont know how to control my sinositis, i am disappointed about being cured,

your sinusitis is due to the allergy and will come down once the allergy comes down!
there are many treatment options available fro allergy including yoga and Ayurveda treatments.
in allopathy also you can consider immunotherapy , this is a slow process and you must have patience.
please dont loose hope and discuss with an allergy specialist!
